How Many Lessons Will I Need?
Those who pass their driving test have had, on average, about 45 hours of professional training, combined with 22 hours of private practice. Candidates who combine professional instruction with private practice are also more successful on the test. Some people need more lessons and practice than others. If you’re not getting it right all the time without your instructor’s help, you’re not ready to take your test.
How Long Are Driving Lessons?
Lessons can be as long as you like. The minimum is one hour tuition, but you will probably find it most beneficial if you have a lesson of two hours or more. The reason being quite simply is that you will be enjoying what it is your doing and before you know it, times up!
To get the best out of your learning we would say that at least 2 hours of tuition per week is the best route to take.
Are Block Bookings A Good Idea?
Block bookings are a great idea as you will be saving money in the long run as block bookings are generally cheaper by the hour than an individual lesson.
